he firm was founded in 1947 by Sidney M. Schreiber. Shortly thereafter, Roger F. Lancaster, regarded as one of the state's most prominent defense trial attorneys, became a member of the firm and was later joined by John C. Demos, at which time the firm became known as SCHRIEBER, LANCASTER, & DEMOS with offices in Newark, New Jersey. From the outset, the firm has been dedicated to the practice of law at the highest level of legal excellence.
In 1966, John C. Demos was appointed as a Superior Court Judge and thereafter served as Assignment Judge for Middlesex County. Following the death of Mr. Lancaster in August of 1970, the firm became known as SCHREIBER, CONWAY, REISEMAN & MICHALS. In 1972, Sidney M. Schreiber was appointed as Judge of the Superior Court, Chancery Division. In 1974, Judge Schreiber was elevated to Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. The Firm thereafter reorganized under the name of CONWAY, REISEMAN & MICHALS. In September of 2014, the firm reorganized as ROSENBERG JACOBS & HELLER, P.C.. In July of 2017, Raymond J. Fleming, Esq. joined the firm. As a result of the firms expansion, it reorganized as ROSENBERG JACOBS HELLER & FLEMING, P.C.
