Sam Rosenberg, Partner Mr. Rosenberg is a 1982 graduate of New York University where he received a B.A. in Economics and is a 1986 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1986 and the New York Bar in 1987. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the American, New Jersey, Essex County and Bergen County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Defense Association. He has successfully defended hundreds of medical malpractice, products liability and general liability cases for over 25 years and has actively litigated matters at the trial, appellate and Supreme Court level. He has also been an invited speaker at seminars pertaining to litigation of medical malpractice matters and has been elected by his peers as a “Super Lawyer”..
