Wayne E. Paulter, Partner After completing his undergraduate studies at the College of New Jersey in 1997, Mr. Paulter pursued graduate studies at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (Washington, D.C.) and at Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland). In 2001, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America along with additional certification from the university’s Comparative and International Law Institute. During his legal education, Mr. Paulter worked in embassy consular offices and in various divisions within the Federal Communications Commission.
Since 2001, Mr. Paulter has devoted the entirety of his practice to litigation. He was a fellow at the American Board of Trial Advocates inaugural national trial college held at Princeton University in 2010. Mr. Paulter is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association.
