Brian Brenner, Associate
Brian Brenner earned his BA in Psychology from William Paterson University (2008) and law degree from Pace University School of Law (2012). He is admitted to practice law in the New Jersey State Courts, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York

Brian defends healthcare providers in cases alleging medical malpractice, other professional liability, and premises liability. He also has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including automobile accidents, construction accidents, insurance coverage disputes, maritime casualty and complex litigation.

Brian holds certificates in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard Law School, certifications in Advanced Legal Research from Westlaw, and a Healthcare Law Specialization certificate (University of Pennsylvania via Coursera). He is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and serves on the board of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where he chairs the Talent Committee.
