Scott T. Heller Mr. Heller is a 1982 graduate of Susquehanna University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and is a 1985 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1985 and clerked for the Hon. William Meehan from 1985-1986. Mr. Heller is a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations. For over 25 years Mr. Heller has successfully defended numerous doctors, nurses, hospitals, other health care providers and facilities at trial in the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has also published and lectured on matters of importance for health care providers, facilities and attorneys representing them.
